Type Vintage cartridge/converter filling fountain pen.
Product Name Sheaffer 550 -- a white dot pen from the later Imperial line. We have had this 550 model with 14k nibs, but only recently discovered this version with a gold plated nib.
Manufacturer and Year Sheaffer, made in USA..... probably 1980s or even as late as the 1990s.
Length 5-1/8".
Filling System It takes Sheaffer style cartridges, or you can fill it with bottled ink via the included converter
Color Burgundy plastic barrel and cap with gold plated trim and a 3/8" wide cap band.
Nib MEDIUM or FINE Sheaffer inlaid gold plated nib. Select nib size from pull down menu.
Condition Perfect new old stock, these have been very carefully stored and are just like new. In Sheaffer gift box.
