Product Name Balance 3-25 "Petite" (this was the smallest of the many Balance sizes).
Manufacturer and Year Sheaffer, made in USA -- 1929-'31 based on the clip style
Length 4-1/8 inches.
Filling System Lever filler. We've restored it with a new sac and it's working very well.
Color Black and Pearl body and cap with gold filled trim, a single cap band, and a short round ball humped style clip.
Nib FINE Sheaffer's 3-25 gold nib is smooth and firm with good tipping material.
Condition Excellent + condition. No cracks or chips, dings, dents, or personalization. There's only a little brassing along the edges of the clip and micro-scratches on the trim. The celluloid looks excellent with no cracks. The imprint is very clear and readable. The pen has been fully restored and it's working very well.
