Product Name This is in the Balance family, and it is full size. We're told that usually the 46 Special nibs were found on earlier flat top Sheaffers, but this is the third one we've ever seen and it came to us on this Balance.

Filling System Lever filler. We've restored it with a new sac and it's working very well.
Color Black with gold plated trim and the second version of the long round ball humped clip.
Nib FINE gold Sheaffer 46 Special nib. No flex.
Condition Excellent condition with no cracks, chips, dents, or dings. This is a velvety black, shiny pen in a classic design. The barrel has marks caused by the cap lip and some light scratches near the lever. The cap has moderate scratching and some fissures on the top tip. The cap band has heavy microscratching. The clip has moderate microscratching. The imprints are clear.
