Product Name Balance - there is no model number marked in it, it does not have a white dot. The nib is a #33.
Manufacturer and Year Sheaffer made in USA - The "flattened ball" clip was found on non-Lifetime models starting in the mid-1930s and running into the 1940s.

Filling System Lever filller. We replaced the sac and it's working well.
Color Black celluloid with gold plated trim. There is an amber viewing window below the section.
Nib FINE #33 nib is 14k gold. Smooth with good tipping material.
Condition Excellent condition with no cracks, chips, dents, or dings. This is a velvety black, shiny pen that has an excellent appearance. The cap and barrel have moderate wear. The barrel has marks caused by the cap lip. The lever has a line of plating wear along the right edge and light scratching on the surface. The cap has moderate scratching with an area at the top of the cap that looks like it was sanded. The top peak of the cap is rough. The cap band has light plating wear but no brassing. The clip has light microscratching and brassing along the ball edges. The imprints are very clear.
