Product Name Model #876, from the Balance II series, the revival series of the 1930s Balance pens.
Manufacturer and Year Sheaffer, made in USA -- this color came out in 1998.
Length 5-3/4 inches.
Filling System Takes Sheaffer style cartridges, or you can fill it with bottled ink via the included converter.
Color "Amber Glow" is a beautiful marbled amber, brown, and black acrylic with gold plated trim and two cap bands.
Nib FINEtwo-tone Sheaffer's Feather Touch 18k nib is smooth and slightly flexible with nice tipping material.
Condition Mint condition. No cracks or chips, dings or dents, personalization, plating wear, or even scratching. TheF mark on the nib section is a bit worn, but otherwise the pen looks essentially brand new. We've cleaned and tested it and it's working very well. These modern Balance marbled pens can be fragile, but we examined it carefully for cracks and could find none.
We will ship it in a Sheaffer gift box, but we are wary of putting too much pressure on the pen by sliding it under a strap, so we may elect to pack the pen separately.
