Product Name Sheaffer's name for this product line was Balance II. It was a revival of the Balance pens of the 1930s. Model #878. This is the Levenger special edition with chrome trim version.

Nib FINE Sheaffer Feather Touch 18k Nib.
Condition Excellent condition, in box, with paperwork and original clip tag and with no chips, dents, or dings. This is a dark and richly colored pen that is shiny and beautiful. The cap and barrel have light scratching with some long, thin scratches on both. The cap has a short hairline crack to the left of the top portion of the clip. The cap band has light microscratching with more moderate microscratching along the lower edge. The clip has light microscratching especially on the flat ball end. The white dot is perfect. The imprints are clear.
Please note that this pen is extremely hard to find without any cracks (this one has a small one under the surface one to the left of the top portion of the clip). We strongly suggest that you treat this pen even more gently than you treat the rest of your fine pen collection. Be especially careful with the clip and the cap. Do not pull on the clip, or the stress will cause a crack. Similarly, the cap lip will crack very easily if the cap is posted.
