Manufacturer and Year Sheaffer USA, 1930s. This is the second version of the clip called by collectors the long round ball humped, and was only produced for two years starting in 1930-1.

Filling System Lever filler - restored and working perfectly
Color Black and pearl marble celluloid. Gold plated trim. White dot above clip.
Nib Fine Lifetime nib with serial number: 2847573. There are some tool marks near the tip, which do not interfere with the writing performance.
Condition Excellent condition for this beautifully, richly colored pen that is shiny with some pearlescence on the marbling. The barrel is darker than the cap. There is light to moderate scratching on the cap and barrel. The barrel has marks caused by the cap lip and light scratching. The lever has long, thin scratch lines and some plating wear along the edges. The cap lip has some tiny chips on the edge, but no cracking. The cap band has light scratching and some plating wear. The clip has brassing and some plating wear along the upper edge. The white dot is ambered but looks great. The imprints are crystal clear.
