Filling System It takes 0.9 mm (or "Thin") leads which it extends via the traditional twist mechanism. We'll include a small packet of leads.
Color Ebonized Pearl, black with chunks of abalone colored "pearl" in it. Gold plated trim with a 1/8" wide band and a flat ball clip (they made non-white dot pens with these clips from about 1934 to the earlier '40s).
Condition Excellent condition. The color of the pearly pieces has darkened and yellowed a bit, but there is still iridescence to them. There is wear on the barrel, a couple small scratches on the cone, and some microscratching on the rest of the trim. There's light plating wear on the ball of the clip, including spots of brassing on the sides of it. It's working very well, with no cracks or chips and no dings or dents.
