Manufacturer and Year Sheaffer, made in USA – we can date this pen from 1934-5 because this clip was introduced around '34, and they stoped making this color around '35.
Length Just over 4-3/4".
Filling System It takes 1.1mm (or "Thick") leads which it extends via the traditional twist mechanism. We'll include a small packet of leads.
Color Red veined grey pearl color with chrome plated trim, no cap band, and a flat ball humped clip.
Condition Very nice condition. There's a tiny cosmetic scratch in the lower barrel extending to where the metal cone screws in. Otherwise there are som small, faint scratches in the barrel and larger scratches on the cone, as well as some light plating wear on the cone and the clip. The clip is not wiggly but it doesn't fit tightly against the plastic. The imprint is clear, there is just one small spot of faint discoloration, no personalization. It's working very well.
