Type Lever filling fountain pen, restored and working well.

Manufacturer and Year Sheaffer, made in USA -- 1934-39, based off of the color and clip.
Length 5-1/2 inches. This is a long and slender pen.
Filling System Lever filler. We've replaced the sac and it's working well.
Color Black pen with mother of pearl inlays. It has gold filled trim including a 5/16" cap band with a "milled," fine lined, pattern. It has the longer radius-style clip.
Nib FINE 14k Sheaffer's #3 nib is smooth with a nice quantity of tipping material. The nib is slightly springy.
Condition Excellent condition. The pen has very shallow bite marks on the cap and end of the barrel. The cap has additional marks throughout including a fine scratch on the cap band. The wide cap band also has some brassing. The barrel imprint is clear. The barrel's pearl inlays have ambered more than the cap's. The viewing window is translucent but not transparent. The cap band has been personalized, "E.J.H." No cracks. We've fully restored the pen and it's working very well.
