Manufacturer and Year Sheaffer, made in USA - 1952. This has the 14k snorkel tube from the first year.

Filling System Snorkel filler. We've restored it with a new sac, O-ring and point gasket, and it's working perfectly. We'll send instructions on how to use the filling system.
Color Pastel blue body with stainless steel cap and gold plated trim. The cap has a pattern of lines in it. White dot.
Nib FINE Palladium-silver alloy (PdAg) Triumph style nib.
Condition Very nice with no cracks or dents. This is a pretty, slender, and long pen, in a beautiful color combination. The cap and barrel have moderate scratching throughout. The cap has three corroded marks to the left of the clip. The cap band has moderate scratching all over. The clip has microscratching. The white dot has yellowed. The imprints are nice and clear.
