Filling System The fountain pen is a snorkel filler, which is working very well after we restored it with a new sac, O-ring, and point gasket. The pencil take 0.9mm leads which it extends via the traditional twist mechanism. It's working well, and we'll include a small pack of leads.
Color Black bodies with chrome plated caps and gold plated trim.
Nib EXTRA FINE (Marked X4) 14k gold Sheaffer's Triumph style nib is smooth and firm with nice tipping material. The nib has a gentle "Waverly" upturn.
Condition Excellent + condition with no cracks or dents. The set is shiny and elegant. The mechanical pencil is dainty. The fountain pen has light to moderate scratching on the barrel with some "freckle spots" toward the top of the barrel where it meets the section. The cap and clip look great. The mechanical pencil has moderate scratching on the cap and light scratching on the barrel. The clip has a few spots of plating wear on the upper right side. The imprints are clear.
