Manufacturer and Year Sheaffer, made in USA – circa 1937-41 (those were the years Crest pens were made with open nibs).

Filling System Lever Filler. We've restored it with a new sac and it's working very well. Filling system guaranteed for one year from date of purchase. The mechanical pencil takes 0.9mm leads. We will include a packet of leads.
Color Golden Brown striated with gold plated trim and a 1/10 14k gold filled caps in a lined pattern of 6/2. Both caps are personalized with initials T.A.K. in large lettering running down the backsides. The fountain pen has an amber viewing window.
Nib FINE two-tone Lifetime nib with serial number 5987597.
Condition Excellent condition for this beautifully colored, shiny, vintage pen and mechanical pencil set. The fountain pen barrel has moderate scratching, mainly microscratching but with a few longer scratches here and there. The viewing window has interior scratching and ink spots. The lever has plating wear along the edges and microscratching. The white dot above the lever has yellowed. The cap and clip have moderate microscratching. The mechanical pencil barrel has light to moderate microscratching. The cone and clip have light microscratching. The cap has moderate microscratching, a few dots of plating wear and a number of dents on the side with the engraved initials. Both pens have the initials "T.A.K." engraved in large letters on the side of the cap opposite the clip. The imprints on both pieces are clear.
