Product Name Crest fountain pen, this is the fat version, white dot located on end of barrel. Marked 1750 on the barrel, which was an original price, but collectors sometimes identify the model based on that number.
Manufacturer and Year Sheaffer, made in USA. Between 1943 and 1948 .... earlier Crests had a more pointed cap top.

Color Brown striated plastic barrel with gold plated trim and a gold filled or gold plated cap in a pattern of stepped lines.
Nib MEDIUM two-tone Triumph nib.
Condition Excellent condition with no cracks. This is a chubby pen with a lovely brown striated barrel that is shiny and that has some pearlization. The cap is glinty and golden. The barrel has mainly light scratching except for some crackled surface near the white dot at the end of the barrel. The cap has a dents to the left of the middle of the clip, and there are some marks at the top of the cap. It otherwise has some light to moderate microscratching. The cap lip has plating wear over the Sheaffer's imprint (see photo). The clip has light microscratching. The barrell imprints are clear.
