Filling System It takes Sheaffer style cartridges, or you can fill it with bottled ink via the included converter.
Color Sterling silver casing in a solid barleycorn finish with gold plated trim and gold threads. The standard issue sterling Crest had panels of barleycorn alternating with plain panels.
Nib EXTRA FINE Sheaffer Triumph style 18k gold nib is smooth and somewhat firm with lovely tipping.
Condition Near mint condition. No cracks or chips, dings or dents, personalization, or plating wear. There's some very light scratching on the finish, but otherwise hardly any signs of use, though the pen has been inked. The pen has been cleaned and tested and it's working very well.
