Type vintage fountain pen
Product Name Sheaffer "Flat Top". This pen has a Lifetime nib, but lacks the white dot we expect to see on a Lifetime model. It may have a replacement cap, or the nib may be a replacement.

Filling System Lever filler, restored with a new sac and working perfectly.
Color Smooth black with gold filled trim. The cap has a narrow cap band.
Nib FINE 14k Lifetime nib is large and writes well. Excellent tipping material.
Condition Very nice condition. The pen has no major scratches. The cap band and the ball end of the clip have brassing. Where the clip attaches to the cap there are fine cracks. (It is not uncommon from strain when using the clip.) The barrel imprint is legible but partially worn with most of the white filling gone. There are microscratches on the cap and a few marks on the barrel. The pen is fully restored and working well, with no personalization.
