The pens look fantastic with just an occasional microscratch. The fountain pen trim bands and cap band have light to moderate microscratching. There are a few very tiny scratch marks under the trim band near the top of the cap. The white dot has two micro-scratches. The ballpoint pen has light microscratching on the cone, cap band, clip, and trim band near the top of the cap portion. The cap band has a tiny tarnish mark. The white dot is perfect. The imprints on both pieces are clear.
