Product Name Sheaffer's name for this product line was Connaisseur. ... this is model 820, the lacquer version of the black Connaisseur that was part of the Grand Connaisseur line. (There's a "lustre" version, model 810, that is part of the standard Connaisseur line.)

Nib Two-tone Sheaffer 18k nib ... fine, very smooth, with a little spring, enough to call it semi-flex. Two-tone nib is correct for the Grand Connaisseur.
