Product Name Target (which later changed to the Imperial III), this is the touchdown version with an unmarked Palladium Silver triumph nib.
Manufacturer and Year Sheaffer, made in USA – circa early 1960s.

Filling System Touchdown filling system. It's fully restored and working perfectly.
Color Black body and cap with gold plated trim. It has a 1/4" band.
Nib MEDIUM two-tone palladium silver nib. The gold color is masking. You'll see these Imperial IIIs with both single tone palladium silver nibs and two tone nibs.
Condition Near Mint condition with a little bit of plating wear at the top of the cap band. There's nearly no handwear and the pen looks great. The original chalk mark is on the barrel and it ships in an era appropriate box that also looks great. No cracks, chips, dings, dents, or brassing. It's fully restored and working well.
