Type Fountain Pen
Product Name "Lifetime 2000 Signature" .... this was the cartridge equivalent of the Imperial IV. In 1963, to celebrate their 50th anniversary, Sheaffer renamed some of the white dot Imperial models "Lifetime." That word is on the nib, clip and impressed in the plastic on both the cap and the barrel. The "signature" version has a 14k cap band.

Filling System Takes sheaffer cartridges, or the hard to find button converters. Sheaffer squeeze converter and the piston converter do not fit. We have installed a button converter.
Color Black with gold plated cap and trim. White dot on top of clip. Original chalk mark on barrel.
Nib 14k fine inlaid nib.
Condition The pen is like new, but has been inked. The chalkmark indicating the model and nib and price is visible on the barrel.
