Product Name Imperial Triumph. There were two versions made primarily identified by whether or not the cap band said, "Sheaffer" or "Sheaffer's." In this case, the cap band says "Sheaffer".
Manufacturer and Year Sheaffer, made in USA -- 1970s.

Filling System Touchdown filler that has been restored with a new sac and o-ring.
Color Gold filled in grouped sets of eight fine lines. There's a blank cartouche on the barrel designed so the pieces can be engraved. The section is black.
Nib FINE 14k diamond-inlay nib. It is unmarked but seems like a fine to us.
Condition Excellent + condition with no cracks. This is an elegant, shiny pen in a classic design. The cap and barrel have light signs of usage only. The top edge of the clip and the top of the tassie are scratched. The imprints are clear.
