Product Name J15 Desk Set. The J15 refers to the base, which is made of jet black crystal. The ballpoint is named B5 and the fountain pen is named P12.
Manufacturer and Year Sheaffer USA -- 1970s.
Length Both pens measure 6-7/8". The rectangular base is 10" by 5" and just over 3/8" deep.
Filling System The ballpoint pen takes Sheaffer ballpoint refills. A working blue refill is installed. The fountain pen takes Sheaffer-style cartridges or converters, and comes with a squeeze converter installed.
Nib The fountain pen has a 14k V-inlay medium nib
Color The pens are black with white dots and gold plated trim. The base is black crystal.
Condition New Old Stock. The base is heavy and looks perfect. The pens are perfect. The set ships in original box. An original Sheaffer decal is still on the base.
