Product Name 200, this is a "Junior" pencil from the Balance line.
Manufacturer and Year Sheaffer, made in USA -- 1936-8 (the color which was only produced in those years).

Filling System Takes 0.9 mm leads, which it extends via the traditional twist mechanism. We'll include a small packet of leads.
Color Rose Glow striated pink and grey celluloid. One of the less common Balance colors.
Condition Excellent condition with no cracks, chips, dents, or dings. This is a beautifully colored, shiny mechanical pencil with a classic vintage appearance. The cap has some bite marks, and the barrel has light to moderate scratching, mainly microscratching. The cone has light plating wear and microscratching. The clip has light to moderate microscratching with a tad of plating wear along the left side. The imprints are clear.
