Filling System Touchdown filling system. This is the early gold colored converter that only works with the touchdown system and cannot be squeezed. The converter can be removed in order to use cartridges.
Color Shiny black lacquer cap and barrel with gold plated trim. Wide 3/8" cap band. 23ct gold-plated clip and trim.
Nib Sheaffer 18k broad nib.
Condition Near mint condition, with no cracks, chips, dents, or dings. This is a heavy, beautifully shiny, and impressive pen with just some light polishing marks and marks on the section. The imprints on the cap band and the sides of the clip are clear.
