Filling System Touchdown filling system. The original pen would have had a gold-colored converter that only worked with this touchdown filling system, but this one has a regular squeeze converter. The converter can be removed in order to use cartridges, and it also enables the touchdown filling system to work.
Color Shiny black lacquer cap and barrel with gold plated trim. Wide 3/8" cap band. 23ct gold-plated clip and trim.
Nib EXTRA-FINE Sheaffer 18k nib.
Condition Near mint condition, with no cracks, chips, dents, or dings. This is a heavy, beautifully shiny, and impressive pen with just some light polishing marks and marks on the section. The imprints on the cap band and the sides of the clip are clear.
