Manufacturer and Year Sheaffer, 2004-2017, there is no USA imprint so it was probably made in China. Chinese manufacture started in 2004. The entire Legacy Heritage line was discontinued in 2017.

Filling System Takes Sheaffer cartridges and converters. A piston converter is installed.
Color Brushed gold plated. The gold is 23k electroplated.
Nib Extra Fine 18k Sheaffer inlaid nib. It writes smoothly and is quite firm. There is an X at the base of the section to identify nib size.
Condition Near Mint condition. No dents or dings. Pen looks new, though there is some evidence of usage on the section.
