Manufacturer and Year Sheaffer, USA -- 1942, the threads that engage the cap are at the end of the section closest to the nib, so this is from the first year that the Triumph nib was put on this pen.

Filling System Vac-filler. The filling system has been restored by us and is working extremely well.
Color Black body, and a gold filled cap. The cap is 1/10th 14k gold and has a simple lined pattern.
Nib FINE. Two tone 14k Triumph nib. The silver color is platinum.
Condition Excellent + condition. Some microscratching and handwear, but overall quite lovely. The cap has one tiny dent at the very top, and some brassing on the ball end of the clip, but beyond that is in great shape. Barrel clarity is fantastic. Imprint is clear. The pen is fully restored and working well.
