Condition Excellent condition for this oversized shiny pen with classic styling. The "pearl" pieces on the barrel have ambered very slightly. On the whole, the coloration is quite good and unform with some pearlization. The barrel has marks caused by the cap lip and moderate scratching. The cap has light to moderate scratching. The cap band has a vertical dent, and some slight brassing along the top edge. The clip has brassing on the ball end and some small scratches especially toward the top. The imprints are crisp and clear.
There is a crack, about 1/4" long, that begins in the lower barrel threads and extends onto the barrel (see photos for a detailed shot). This is not an area that normally receives any stress or pressure, and we were able to re-sac the pen without worsening this crack. In the future, if the pen needs to be re-sac'd, extra care should be taken when pulling the section. (Please note that doing so will void your one year filling-system warranty with us.)
