Product Name "Lifetime" was the product line (although this example is not marked) but Flat top is what collectors call this style of 1920s Sheaffer.
Manufacturer and Year Sheaffer, made in USA -- 1925-9, according to Jonathan Veley's excellent Mechanical Pencil Museum website (see: http://www.jonathanveley.com/mechanical-pencil-museum?id=61).

Filling System Takes 1.1 mm lead which it extends and retracts well via the traditional twist mechanism. We'll include a small packet of leads.
Color Jade green with gold filled trim. The color is beautiful and very even. This is the more vibrant version of the jade green color.
Condition Excellent + condition with no cracks, chips, dents, or dings. The barrel has light scratching with some long thin scratch lines. The cone looks great. The gold top piece has some light scratching. The imprints are clear.
