Product Name "Lifetime" was the product line but Flat top is what collectors call this style of 1920s Sheaffer.
Manufacturer and Year Sheaffer, made in USA -- 1925-9, according to Jonathan Veley's excellent Mechanical Pencil Museum website (see: http://www.jonathanveley.com/mechanical-pencil-museum?id=61).

Filling System Takes 1.1 mm lead which it extends and retracts well via the traditional twist mechanism. We'll include a small packet of leads.
Color Jade green with gold filled trim. The color is beautiful and very even.
Condition Excellent condition with no cracks, chips, dents, or dings. This is a large-sized mechanical pencil that is shiny and with brightly beautiful, smooth jade coloring. The jade body has light to moderate (especially alongside the ball end of the clip) scratching. The cone has some brassing and moderate scratching. The clip has plating wear on the ball end and microscratching. The gold piece that is the twisting mechanism has light to moderate microscratching, a tiny bit of pitting as well as plating wear along the top edge. The imprints are clear.
