Color Jade green with gold filled trim. The green on the barrel borders on an olive shade; whereas the area to the cap lip and at the end of the barrel is a bright green. The cap is a slightly brighter green than the barre. It has a ball ended clip and a black section with one cap bands. It is personalized, "Carr E. Bentel".
Nib Gold Sheaffer Lifetime fine nib is large.
Condition Very nice condition with no cracks, chips, dents and dings. This is a substantial, classically designed pen. There are variations in the jade color with a darker olive colored barrel, two bring jade green bands on the cap lip and the end of the barrel, and a band of discoloration around the cap at the ball of the clip. There is a little red mark toward the end of the barrel. The barrel has marks caused by the cap lip and mainly light scratching except for the end that has clusters of bite marks. The cap has moderate scratching especially around the top of the clip. The cap band and clip have plating wear. The pen is personalized: "Carr E. Bentel". The imprints are clear.
