Manufacturer and Year Sheaffer, USA -- 1930s. High mounted clips were the earliest style of clip, and were followed by the long humped clip, then the short humped clip. This version has the high mounted clip.

Filling System Lever filler, working perfectly with a new sac
Color Jade green, in a light shade, with gold filled trim. It has a ball ended clip and a black section.
Nib Gold Lifetime fine nib is large and in great condition. The nib has a serial number: 0098879
Condition Excellent condition. This is a large-size pen in a pleasing color. The barrel has marks caused by the cap lip, some discoloration under the threads and near the end, and an odd yellowish oval splotch mid-barrel that covers part of the imprint (we think this was a repair, possibly a filled-in burn mark). The barrel has light scratching overall with a set of small scratches to the left of the lever. The lever has light plating wear expecially toward the top. The cap has the tiniest of chips on the lip. It also has some discoloration and a personalization: "E.W. Reinelit" (?). The cap band and cliip are lovely.
