Color Carmine striated with gold plated trim ... the cap band is approx. 7/8" wide with pin stripes. White dot.
Nib 14k masked large two-toned Lifetime Triumph nib - fine, no flex, super smooth. Some of the masking is beginning to rub off on the tines, but this does not affect the pen's function.
Condition Excellent condition. This unique pen has strong, consistent coloration and it is very shiny. No cracks or chips. There is some light scratching on both the cap and barrel. The barrel has some small bite marks on the blind cap. There are also marks on the grip section, where the pen rests on a finger in a traditional triangular grip. The cap threads have plating wear. There is some heavy scratching on the cap to the left of the clip. There is light scratching on the face of the clip, and some plating wear around the open end. The wide cap band has some tiny dots of pitting. The imprints are clear.
