Filling System It takes Sheaffer style cartridges or a squeeze converter. A squeeze converter is installed, and we will include a spare. (The modern piston converters do not work.)
Color Sterling silver-etched floral pattern cut-out overlay. Marked Sterling 925 with a hallmark.
Nib MEDIUM Sheaffer's 18k gold nib made in USA is smooth and bouncy with nice tipping material. Labeled "M" on the back of the section. We usually see the sterling filigree Nostalgias with two tone nibs, and the silver colored masking seems to be thinning on this nib.
Condition Near Mint condition, in box with paperwork. The surface of the overlay is fantastic. No dents, dings, cracks, or chips. The section has microscratching. The overlay has some polishing marks, but is really smooth and shiny. No personalization. The masking on the nib looks good. There are some hints of tarnish scattered throughout. There is a handwritten note in the use and care guide booklet that says "purchased at Price Club 4-1-94."
