Manufacturer and Year Sheaffer USA - less than 10 years ago (They still make Preludes.) We have not been able to gather any information about this pattern, and we think it's a prototype that made use of the "Amber Glow" plastic used in the Balance II pens.

Filling System Takes Sheaffer ballpoint refills. The refill in the pen is working well.
Color Beautiful amber and black marble colored barrel. Palladium cap and trim with a white flat cap jewel and a white dot on the cap..
Condition Excellent condition. There are just a few light scratches on the barrel and some microscratching on the cap and trim. No cracks or chips. It's working very well.
