Manufacturer and Year Sheaffer USA - less than 10 years ago (They still make Preludes.) We have not been able to gather any information about this pattern, and we think it's a prototype making use of the Levenger Balance II "Tiger Eye" plastic.

Filling System Takes Sheaffer ballpoint refills. The refill in the pen is working well.
Color The barrel pattern is a forrest green, black, and amber "tiger eye" pattern. Palladium cap and trim with a white flat cap jewel.
Condition Excellent condition. The barrel is very clean. There is some microscratching on the cap and trim. No cracks or chips. It's working very well.
