Type Boxed fountain pen and pencil set.
Product Name Sentinel Deluxe (this is the first version with the brushed metal cap, lever fill system, and white dot on the end of the barrel). The pen is marked 1250, while the pencil is marked 500.

Length Pen is 5-3/16", pencil is 5".
Filling System Lever filler, we've restored it with a new sac. The pencil takes 0.9mm (or "thin") leads, which it extends via the traditional twist mechanism. We'll include a small packet of leads.
Color Black with a brushed steel cap and gold plated trim. 3/16" cap bands, and the tip of the pencil's cone is steel.
Nib MEDIUM two tone 14k Lifetime 79 Triumph nib. It's smooth and firm with nice tipping material remaining.
Condition Superior and almost like new condition. The pen is in gorgeous condition with just two light scratches on the lower barrel. The cap looks near mint, and there is no brassing apparent on any of the trim. The pencil shows some wear, with minor scratching and marks on the barrel, some tiny spots of wear on the lower cap, and a pinpoint indent on the side of the clip. No cracks or chips in either piece, all the imprints are readable, though the bottom of the pen's imprint is a little worn. Both pieces are working very well, and they ship in a vintage Sheaffer's box.
