Filling System The fountain pen is a snorkel filler, which is working very well after we restored it with a new sac, O-ring, and point gasket. The pencil take 0.9mm leads which it extends via the traditional twist mechanism. It's working well, and we'll include a small pack of leads.
Color Burgundy bodies with chrome plated caps and gold plated trim.
Nib FINE 14k gold Sheaffer's Triumph style nib is smooth and firm with nice tipping material. The nib has a gentle "Waverly" upturn.
Condition Excellent condition for this lovely, shiny set. It comes in a Sheaffer's box The fountain pen barrel has light (at the top) to moderate (mid-section to the end) scratching. The cap has light scratching especially near the imprint. The trim looks good. The mechanical pencil barrel is in great condition. The cap has small dents to the left and the right of the top of the clip as well as some light scratching. No cracks. The imprints are clear.
