Manufacturer and Year Sheaffer, made in USA - probably the late 1950s or early '60s.
Length The pen is 4-13/16 inches and the pencil is just over 4-5/8 inches.
Filling System Intended for use with Sheaffer cartridges. The standard Sheaffer squeeze converter do not fit, but the more difficult to find slim squeeze converters do. Two dried-up original ink cartridges are included. You can burst their seals and then fill them with a syringe. Pencil takes 0.9mm leads, and extends them via the traditional twist mechanism.
Color Black barrels with chrome plated caps and trim.
Nib FINE semi-hooded steel nib is smooth and firm with nice tipping.
Condition Excellent condition except for some lesser scratching on the pen and minor wear on the pencil. Ther are a few tiny marks of wear on the clip and cone of the pencil, but the pen's trim is free of wear. Both barrels have a little roughness and light scratching, but it's limited to one smaller spot on the pen's barrel. We've cleaned the pen, and tested both pen and pencil; both pieces are working well.
