Product Name Statesman Snorkel .... the Statesman is virtually the same pen as the Valiant, with a single tone Triumph nib.

Filling System Snorkel filler - restored with a new sac, point gasket and O-ring. Tested and working perfectly. We'll send instructions on how to use the snorkel filling system.
Color Pastel Green body and cap. Gold plated trim. 3/8" wide cap band with simple border etched on the upper and lower edges. White dot.
Nib FINE palladium-silver conical Triumph nib, marked F4 on the back.
Condition Excellent condition with no cracks. This is a long, slim snorkel-style pen in a fun color and classic design. The cap and barrel have light to moderate wear, so they are a little dull in appearance. The cap has some small scratches at the very top. The cap band and clip are lovely and golden with just some microscratching. The white dot is pure in color but has some tiny scratches. The imprints are clear.
Note: There is a number "0981" above the imprint. There's a whole thread on FPN about Snorkels with 4 digit numbers, so others like it exist, but no one has any information on what they mean, or where they came from. A mystery indeed!
