Condition Excellent + condition in original Sheaffer box, with no cracks, chips, dents, or dings. This is a beautiful, shiny, vintage set in a wonderful color. The fountain pen has very light signs of usage on the cap and barrel. The cap band has microscratching with some scratches that we'd call a scuff. The clip also has microscratching. The white dot has a couple of scratches and a tad of discoloration around the top edge. The mechanical pencil has light scratching with some small bite-like marks at the top of the cap portion. The cone has small, heavy scratches where the gold plate meets the silver end piece. The cap band has microscratching and one small, deeper scratch across the center. The clip has microscratching along the edges. The white dot has some tiny black marks. The imprints on both pieces are nice and clear.
