Product Description
Type Vintage fountain pen and mechanical pencil set in original box.
Product Name Stylist 202 (see this PenHero reference for a great article on this nib and a similar model.)
Manufacturer and Year Sheaffer, USA - this model was made starting in 1966. They did away with the "S" logo in 1969, which this set does have, so it was made between those dates.
Length Pen 5-1/2", Pencil 5-3/16"
Filling System The fountain pen takes Sheaffer style refills or a converter. It will be shipped with a working converter. The pencil takes 0.9mm lead, which it extends via the traditional twist mechanism. We'll include a small pack of leads.
Color Teal plastic barrels with chrome caps and trim. The teal color is a little lighter and more green than it appears in our photos.
Nib FINE steel nib. The barrel is still marked "Fine" in it's original gold chalk paint which will wipe away fairly easily.
Condition Mint condition, probably not used more than once or twice. There's some light handwear on the barrels and caps and a few very small marks of light staining on the barrels. Both pieces have their original price stamp still intact - the pen says $2.98 Fine, the pencil says $1.98 (see photos). They are both free of any cracks, chips, dings, dents, or plating wear. They are working well and will ship in their original box, which has a crack in its plastic top.
