Filling System Requires Sheaffer slim ink cartridges (not included) or you can fill from bottled ink via the Sheaffer slim converter that is installed in the pen. These slim squeeze converters are hard to find, so be careful not to lose the one we include!
Color Black lacquer over a metal body with gold plated trim. White dot on top of the clip.
Nib MEDIUM 14k Long Diamond Nib.
Condition Excellent condition with no cracks, chips, dents, or dings. This is a velvety black, shiny pen in a classic design. The cap and barrel have light signs of usage throughout. There are some scratches near the end of the barrel caused by posting, but they do not penetrate the enamel. The clip has light scratching near the edges. The gold piece on top of the cap is excellent. The white dot looks great. The imprints are clear.
There is a short hairline crack in the section near the nib (a little more than 1/8th inch long), going down from the pointed tail of the diamond inlay; it is visible in the photos. We don't think that it will leak, and we do guarantee that the pen will be free of leaks for a year after purchase, so please contact us if you do experience problems.
