Filling System The fountain pen is fitted with a piston converter. It can be removed in order to use (Sheaffer) cartridges.
Color "Garnet Ronce" is dark red marble lacquer with gold plated trim. Black section. White dot on top of clip.
Nib FINE 14k inlaid diamond nib.
Condition Excellent + condition with no cracks, chips, dents, or dings. We believe this pen has never been inked. This is a beautifully colored and intricately patterned pen in a shiny dark red marble. The cap and barrel have light signs of handling, but no scratches. The cap has a funny bumpy area in the clear lacquer coat to the right of the end of the clip, possibly originating when they applied the final coat. The gold piece at the end of the barrel, the cap band, and the clip have light microscratching. The gold piece at the top of the cap has light microscratching. The white dot looks nice. The imprint is clear.
