Product Name Targa 1086 aka "Lacquer Green Moire". This is a hard to find finish as it was only made in small quantities due to the labor intensive craftsmanship required.

Color ""Lacquer Green Moire" or a wavy herringbone like pattern in green with 23k electroplated trim.
Nib MEDIUM 14k nib. The section clearly says "M."
Condition Excellent+ condition. There is slight handwear and polishing marks on the cap trim and some light scratches on the pen section from the clutch rings in the cap. This is a beautiful pen.
