Filling System It takes slim Sheaffer style cartridges and converters. Comes with an original Sheaffer squeeze converter (which is no longer made).
Color Black and gold feather patterned lacquer finish over a brass body, with black ends and gold plated trim. It is hard to capture the impressive shimmering optical effect of the finish in a photograph.
Nib FINE Sheaffer inlaid 14k nib is smooth with nice tipping material, and soft feeling.
Condition Very nice condition. There is a little hand wear on the section, and both ends have some light scratches. On the top of the cap there are some scratches along the edge around the tassie. Otherwise the pen looks great, with even the original sticker still on the cap, though the writing on it has worn off a bit.
