Excellent condition, very shiny with very little wear. No brassing on the cap band or clip. No visibility thru the barrel. We noticed that the threads inside the blind cap are stripped, so the blind cap does not screw down on the end of the barrel. Is does not affect the filling process, as a tight seal is not required on these vac-fils, and it doesn't rattle around. The pencil works well, but the lead does not retract, it only advances. |
