Nib MEDIUM Sheaffer 14k 585 gold inlaid nib. It's smooth with nice tipping material and just a hint of flex. There are some minor marks and scratches on the nib and it has been straightened. (We straightened one tine which was quite bent when we got the pen .... we adjusted the tines and the pen writes smoothly, though you can still see that the nib has been bent.) It's writing well. Most of the original silver colored masking on the nib has worn off.
Condition Very nice condition. There's some wear on the cap and barrel and a minor mark on the white dot. There's some light scratching on the trim but no real plating wear. No cracks or chips, dings or dents, or personalization. It's working very well.
