Manufacturer and Year Barrel is marked "Stilcop" and the beginning of a "Marca Reg(istrada)" stamp. We have not been able to find out anything about this brand, it's possibly Spanish, Portugese or Italian.

Filling System Button filling system, restored here at Peyton Street Pens and guaranteed for a year from the date of purchase.
Color Grey marble, probably celluloid, with silver colored trim.
Nib Waterman IDEAL nib, 14k, with flexibility from fine to medium. (See writing sample below.)
Condition Excellent condition with no cracks. Average wear, it's still pretty shiny. The trim does show some brassing and worn areas, though the clip looks good.
