Product Description
Type Fountain pen with unique filling system
Product Name 303
Manufacturer and Year Stylomine, France (1930s)
Length 4-5/8" (petite)
Filling System Accordian bulb filling system. When you press the button under the blind cap, it depresses the accordion sac, which wants to return to the unfolded position and in doing so sucks in the ink. We re-attached the original sac and gave it a lot of testing. We guarantee the filling system for a year, but we caution you to use gentle inks as if you use an ink that will cause the sac to deteriorate (we're thinking of you, Noodlers' Apache Sunset!) we will not be able to replace the sac. That being said, we guarantee the filling system for a year from the date of purchase.
Color Black with rose gold clip and yellow gold cap band
Nib FINE partially hooded nib, we think it is 14k but we did not pull it and we cannot see the mark. Ebonite feed.
Condition Excellent + condition with no cracks, chips, dents, or dings. This is a small, unique pen, in a velvety black and with lots of shine. The barrel has marks caused by the cap lip and some scratching on the blind cap. The cap has light scratching mainly under the clip. The cap band has some microscratching and a few little indentations. The clip is gorgeous and has a 303 imprint. The barrel imprints are clear.
